How to request deletion

To request deletion of your data, send an email to support@taxblock.ai with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

• Your full name;
• The email address and/or phone number associated with your account;
• A brief description of the data you want deleted.

What happens next

• We will verify your identity to protect your account;
• We will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days of verifying your request;
• We will confirm once the deletion is complete.

Data we may need to retain

Certain information may be retained where we are legally required to keep it — for example, records related to filed tax returns, invoices and other statutory documents must be retained for the period prescribed by applicable tax and accounting laws. Such records are kept only for as long as legally necessary.

Data collected via Meta (Facebook)

If you interacted with us through Facebook or Instagram, or via the Meta Pixel on our website, you can request deletion of that associated data using the same process above, and we will remove it from our systems.
